Clean, Excellent airport location, quiet.

Pros: Loved the location, cleanliness, and efficient staff.
Cons: Booking bed types would be nice to adhere to when arriving at the hotel.
Location: The car rental returns location is just around the corner (walking distance with rolling luggage). The airport is even closer walking distance.
The hotel and room was very clean. Although the hotel was next to the airport, we couldn't hear the airplanes, but could see them out the window. An excellent place to stay; they just substituted a large bed for the booked two single beds. The staff are courteous and well groomed.

Nice hotel in the middle of town

The hotel is in the center of town. It is a short walk to the restaurants, shops and train station. The hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the town and locations we wanted to visit

The hotel was great!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The hotel was wonderful and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect and had wonderful views of the loch. I definitely recommend it!

Very convenient--just a short walk from train.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: carried bags upstairs
We stayed in this hotel just one night after arriving by train, prior to departing on a walking tour out of Fort William. It was a short walk from the station along a paved foot path. We rolled our luggage without difficulty. We had to carry our bags up a short flight of stairs, and our room was tucked under the roof, so it was a little cramped. But it was very clean and the view was beautiful. The town is immediately adjacent, where you can find the best pasties in Scotland.
