We enjoyed our stay here until it was time to leave. The hotel had ordered us a cab to take us to the train station because one of our travel party was not feeling well. Our departure time came and went with no cab. We asked the desk and they assured us the cab was on the way. Finally, on our third trip to ask the desk where our cabwas, they told us no cabs were coming anywhere, so we had to walkseveral blocks to the train station with all our luggage.

Located a block from Sauciehall St, this was a modern and lovely hotel with a great restaurant (breakfast was stellar) and cheerful, helpful staff.

We booked this hotel for one reason: pool in city centre for our baby. What is shocking. price tag for what You actually getting. Big brand but very average quality and maintenance. Rooms had dirty spots on walls, no mini fridge in family room, tiny bath tub. Apart from very friendly welcome on the beginning there was not really any staff interaction, no child friendly vibe. Breakfast staff was really uninterested to be there and lack of information. Very poor experience. Unfortunately that was first stay for baby and left us with sour taste. It’s a shame because we did only enjoyed swimming pool. It’s not great value for money in the end.

The staff are really helpful and approachable. It is a beautiful place to stay. Everything is spotless clean and smells divine. The beds and pillows are the best. The lighting in the room is excellent, so many options. My only disappointment was the instant coffee in the room…it was not the best. Drinkable, just. I will definitely be staying here again. Can’t wait.

We had a great family stay the staff were great the only thing that wasn’t the best was the cleanliness of the pool and the changing rooms the pool was quite dirty round the tiles and the whole pool, the changing rooms after we came out the pool were covered in dirty towels and water everywhere didn’t look like it had been tidied up for a few hours . Otherwise we will be back hopefully the pools a bit cleaner next time. Thanks

room was ok, bathroom was shabby, it had cracked tiles, it was for disabled people, we are not disabled, even though we are 60!! the coffee area was filthy in the dining room, tables left dirty, we had to ask for it to be cleaned, Overall very poor, we will not be staying at this hotel again, not worth the money.
