This hotel was wonderful, nice large room, clean and well presented. Bathroom had a lovely large walk in shower and well stocked with toiletries. Communal areas are very clean and look really nice. We also had a brilliant breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It is in a perfect location for the bus station a number of theatres and shopping. We have stayed here before and will do so again, would definitely recommend.

Our room was ready upon arrival around 2:30pm. We were handed keys right away and our room was nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was some mold in the caulking in the shower. But everything else was clean! The bathroom and room were spacious. Staff were very friendly, brought us extra towels and pillows upon request. Beds were cozy. We loved that we had a window we could open for fresh air. Upon reading reviews, I was aware that the room service would take a while, but I didn’t find that - it was about 40 mins. Everything looked good, my only complaint was that condiments for the fish and chips weren’t supplied and the food was a bit cold. Breakfast was great, lots of different options and lots of it. I was happy to say that when we showed up 20 mins before breakfast was finished, the staff were still filling up food and they had delicious (help yourself) coffee machines! Thank you for a great stay!
