Everything was good except for the mattress was very uncomfortable!! Ended up putting the comforter on the floor and sleeping on that the last 2 nights. After the first night sleeping on the bed couldn't hardly get up for my back hurting so bad. TOO SOFT !!! STAYED there many times never had an issue like that before. Didn't say anything because i knew all rooms were sold out because the woman at the front desk told us when we checked in. STILL our favorite place to stay.

All the above. We met family members to do Christmas for my grandkids. My DIL lost her wallet down elevator shaft. The sweetest man from maintenance Saturday night went and got it and brought it to our room. My DIL was in a panic and the gentleman was so sweet. I hope management looks to get his name. People like him keep the good name going for your hotel and maids were all wonderful. We definitely want to make this our yearly place to spend our Christmas together we shared Three rooms and had the best time. Thank you all wonderful staff.

Beautiful and cozy room with a fireplace. We were within walking distance to a variety of shops, Riverview Enchanted Lights, and restaurants. Valet was on time and made it easy to request our vehicle everyday. The shower was clean, bed was comfortable and room service delivered our drinks quickly.
