"The room was in good condition, but we had some problems with getting the services we needed. They clean only once per week, and we wanted clean towels after 3 days. We were able to get them, but it was not easy. They also did not stock the room for a one-week stay - we ran out of shower gel, toilet paper, kleenex, coffee pods. Although the in-room kitchen was good, it only was stocked with 2 spoons and 2 knives - no forks. Multiple desk personnel told us that they were short-staffed, and it was obvious."

"Let’s start with the elevator. It wreaked of rotten wood, leading up to the fourth floor that smelled like death and decay. Once i entered my room there was Caucasian hair spread all over the bed! The second room was missing hand soap and towels. 😒"

"Great that breakfast was included but was not the best. Both days I had breakfast and both times they ran out of hot food took them a long time to replace. They were not on top of that at all. Floor had food on the ground underneath and around the tables as well. If I stay there again I will go out for breakfast"
