Can't say that I have ever stayed in a hotel so close to a downtown area. This hotel was laid out in an odd manner and the parking was in the garage next door. The room was great, but having to unload our vehicle in the parking garage and haul our stuff to the hotel was not ideal. The upside was that we were in downtown near a lot of restaurants and the movie theater.

I like the parking garage next to the hotel with easy access to the street and freeway. I really like our room! It has a small desk & comfortable sofa area that doesn’t bother the person in the bedroom watching TV or trying to sleep. Plus you can walk to get lunch food.
