Great location, great communication, needs minor repairs
The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The communication with the owner was amazing and prompt. He was reasonable and flexible with our needs, which we HIGHLY appreciated. They were in the process of repairing a leak, which was fine, however, it meant we did not have hot water in the master bathroom the first night. Owner got it repaired asap the next day, only to discover another net-new leak. We immediately informed owner and then never heard back again. Still had hot water and we were able to try and protect the leak from causing too much more damage, so we went on with the weekend. There were other little things that were broken or needed repairs for completeness and comfort. All in all we had a lovey stay and would consider it again in the future. We are in the area twice a year.
