"Overall, the stay was average. The hotel served its purpose, and the amenities were decent but nothing special. Nothing particularly stood out, but for the price, I felt it was a reasonable value. Good enough for a short stay if you’re looking for something affordable."

"I can’t say enough about the staff- everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is right next to Spectrum Center, it was such a convenient walk to the surrounding areas. Valet is worth it. Very clean room. Only suggestion I would make is to put a mini fridge in the room, as there was no where to keep our drinks cold. Other than that, I would stay again. Great amenities."

"Great location to the Charolotte convention center, Nascar Hall of Fame and practically next door to Whole foods if you plan to cook / eat in. The property was within a short seemingly safe walk to resturants and parks. Covered parking was directly adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast had plenty of good options and coffee was good. The noise level in the room was low and the view of the Nascar Hall of fame great. I would stay here again for the value."
