It was a short commute from CLT Airport. Room was ready at check-in time with amenities. Initial problems with the a/c. Management had it up and running in less than 45 minutes. Virginia was very cordial and provided extra towels. Linda and India at the Front Desk were very helpful. Blackout curtains were a bonus. Easy checkout and minutes away from Aldi’s, Walmart, Fuel Stations, Family Dollar, etc making it easy to grab kitchen supplies. Streaming apps require personal log in information. Laundry facilities were efficient. Parking was free with lots of availability. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a last minute booking for my layover in CLt and they were nothing but great and accommodating to me. Inreally like the kitchen area that comes with the room compete with fridge, microwave and stove. I want to thank Joseph and Elektra for helping me and being so kind. Would recommend this place. Looking forward to booking with them if I ever need a place to stay while in CLT.
