The whole stay was very neglectful. The sink leaked. The microwave was not in any shape to use. The plate in the microwave was missing, i did try to use it to heat some water, but the cup i had it in almost burned. The heating unit was so loud that i had to use ear plugs at night to be able to sleep. And this was all in the 2nd room they put us in. The first room was missing a toilet seat and the door to the bathroom was broken. Not loose on the hinges, the door was broken in half. Where i booked the room at had listed that there would be a coofee maker in the room, there was not. The "continental" breakfast was aweful. This stay has made me realize that I never want to stay at a days inn ever again. On top of all of this, they refuse to refund my deposit. I did nothing to the room to make it worse. I brought my own wipes to clean the surfaces when i first got there.

non-smoking room, smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a broken table, in the room and the heater, which was unplugged, was plugged in, it was louder than a cement mixer, we were given a different room which also smelled of cigarette smoke. I slept in a sleeping bag.

Over the past year, I’ve completed 64 hotel stays, spending approximately $5,500 through Hotels.com and holding Platinum loyalty status. When a duplicate charge occurred for the same stay—paid once through Hotels.com and once directly to the hotel—the resolution process was slow, inconsistent, and lacking clear ownership. Support failed to effectively escalate or resolve a straightforward billing error. Loyalty status should reflect reliability and accountability when issues arise, not just booking volume.

The staff was very kind and helpful to my kids and I. Our room was very clean and my kids and I were very comfortable. Fair pricing and I can't say enough about the staff there. Above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will most definitely stay here again thanks to the kindness the staff gave us after a horrible night at our previous hotel. Thank you Days Inn Staff for being wonderful people. ☺️
