Having stayed here in November, the fact that we rebooked meant we were happy with what this hotel provided at London prices. Everything was fine during our overnight stay before catching Eurostar the next morning. The only issue we had really was the floor numbering in the lift!

We had a wonderful stay. We were able to checkin early, rather than just leaving our luggage and booking in later. This was very helpful to us, as we were able to get settled, before venturing out on our day. Staff could be more helpful and pleasant with everything. Excellent breakfast.
