Nice hotel

Pros: The breakfasts were outstanding and the food was plentiful. We booked an "Executive" stay and there are a lot of pleasant surprises for that price.
Cons: Better sound insulation in the doors between rooms. Lots of non-rowdy activity taking place through the night next door. Discontinue the mini-bar.
Location: As I said before, it's London. 221B Baker Street is a short walk away, Regents Park, Camden, theaters, etc.
This is a decent priced hotel given its location in London. I've paid more and got worse. In general we enjoyed our stay and the staff was fantastic. Something that could definitely be improved: discontinue the mini-bar. You're in London. It isn't likely that there is going to be a great need to access one--hopefully, you are out enjoying yourself. The mini-bar meant no refrigerator space for guests personal use. Finally, the item that caused me to knock my rating down to three stars: this hotel indicates in its list of amenities a self-service laundry. None actually exists. We discussed this with the hotel and they offered to allow us access to an apartment laundry facility--a nice concession but not an honest situation. I'd prefer accurate information to begin with.
