Celebrating 3 Generations

My 6 siblings, daughter and her 1 & 4 year old plus my nephew, niece and son in law traveled to Colorado for a wedding celebration in Longmont. This 5,000 foot home gave us plenty of space to gather for meals together, accommodate vastly different bedtimes by utilizing all 3 levels without disturbing those who wished to retire early. We hiked on the nearby trails every morning enjoying a spectacular view of the mountains and bird watching. Van was a gracious and understanding host. We all left with an incredibly positive memory of our stay in Erie. Thank you!

Christmas by Boulder

We were a party of 11 with two infant children and the house was perfect for us to celebrate Christmas 2024 together. Clean, warm and very well equipped. Grandparents from Florida so didn’t know if they would stay warm in such a large house but it was perfect. We didn’t have kitchen towels when we arrived but they were very quick to provide them when I asked. Great communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this house.

Great Location Close to Boulder & Denver

Our group were in town to see CU Football game. The house was great for our group of ten. The host provided all the info for accessing the home the week of and the house was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The location was great. The house is located in a nice community with easy access to both Boulder & Demver. Would definitely stay again if we visit the area again.

Family Wedding Celebration!

What a great week in Erie Colorado! The house did not disappoint! The location was perfect as we were attending a wedding in Longmont. The trails were great for a walk in the morning and evening! Great accommodations for a large party

Our party consisted of 7 adults and the size of the home was more than adequate to comfortable host us. The property manager was very helpful and communicative in the days leading up the trip, as well as, making sure things were good upon our arrival and settling in. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and provided easy access to the surrounding towns and highways. A nice bonus was the paved trail across the street which was convenient for a morning walk, run, or bike ride.

An enjoyable reunion among friends where there was plenty of space to relax/rest and get ready for all of our outings. Near Louisville and Boulder. Sleep/bedroom and bathroom accommodations worked out well for 5 couples. Did not cook/eat in (or stay in the home much), based on our itinerary/activities/events offsite. Would stay here again.

Slightly disappointed

This house is very spacious as it states but is not very well stocked. We were only provided with 6 bath towels, not even enough for the number of guests we had. I was staying there for my son's wedding and the last thing that I wanted to do was laundry. I could not find any kind of dish rags or towels for the kitchen. The trash can was tiny so we were constantly taking out the trash. The pictures showed a projector in the basement which was not there. The kitchen was not very well stocked either. No big bowls or storage containers to put food in. The house is spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood but needs to be stocked better.

Clean, spacious and modern looking property.

11 friends stayed for our Ruby reunion. Place as a whole was well furnished and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped though we didn’t cook much. The neighborhood was quiet, we appreciated the very close by walking/biking trail with the mountains in the far background. Boulder down town was an easy drive. The 2 pullout beds in the living areas as listed was not available. We had to adjust with the futon in the master; we didn’t have enough towels and body wash but the local rep dropped off the same in a few hrs after we contacted them. All in all a pleasant stay.
