Room was clean, spacious, loved the light in the room. Friendly staff, helped us with transport to airport and advised we should leave early because of the city marathon. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely set. Definitely recommend this hotel for stays at downtown San Jose.

It served a purpose. Room was absolutely fine - obviously quite noisy given proximity to airport but we weren’t woken. Check in staff were helpful and free shuttle to the airport worked well.
