Planet Hollywood is a fantastic all inclusive hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the managers named Diana, was very attentive to my fiancé and I during the stay and made our comfort and happiness her priority. I will definitely visit again.

The pools were beautiful and weren’t crowded. It is a beautiful setting with the beach and islands and mountains. The spa was very dated and the jacuzzi should be a hard pass.
