"I wish the spa was open, but it was under renovation 😭 Entire staff was very polite and helpful, would definitely come back. Something that I think would be useful but not essential — indoor slippers. Would be nice to walk on the cold tiles with something warm after a shower or just while lounging in the room."

"Nice place to stay—would return! A short drive to Newport, so best for those who are okay with (or prefer) not being right in the middle of everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and there are some cool seating areas outside of the lobby. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The curb appeal is not great and had us second guessing our booking, but the inside is a completely different story, and I got the impression the exterior is being renovated soon—don't let it scare you off! My only complaint is that the breakfast was subpar for a paid breakfast and the restaurant staff weren't great. The server wasn't very attentive and the staff stood around chatting about their favorite shots and cocktails the whole time we ate. The kitchen staff was playing music loudly that clashed with the music playing through the restaurant speakers. So definitely stay at the hotel but don't do the breakfast package—just go out for breakfast and you'll have a great stay!"
