Like The location. Didn't like the very expensive price for a very poor room. We stayed in room 344. It was very dirty bath room. The plumbing was broken and rusted. Tube was chipped. The bathroom door hit your knees when you sit on the toilet. The door opens inward. To close the bathroom door you have to squeeze between the toilet and sink to get the door to swing shut. Then if you fall getting out of the tub you are trapped because nobody can get in to help because of the door is blocked. Very poor design. The room had lots of wasted space. Bathroom was too small and difficult to use. The refrigerator was noisy and door fell off. Hvac was very noisy and too close to bed. The property was dirty and litter out side. Had a foul smell in the bathroom because the tube drain was broken and parts miss placed. Allowing sewer gas to fill the room. The whole room had very shotty construction. Outlets by desk work area didnt work. Very poor lighting for reading anything. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The Hvac system blew dry cold air all the time making the room dry and irritating sinus. The handle on the shower control was loose and rusty. Very uncomfortable room and dangerous.

Stayed her a few times prior to this stay. Room this time appeared "tired." Wasn't fresh, small details needed to be addressed. Needs new paint, carpet appeared worn, shower could use new caulking. Room and facility was clean and staff was attentive and pleasant. Room just needs some updating.

The room was so dirty! The white comforters had yellow stains and when we requested new bedding, they brought only 2 sets (we had a family quite with 4 beds) and those were also dirty. It was very disappointing. Breakfast too was underwhelming. 3 choices of cereal, couple dry muffins and coffee/juice machine.

I’m nit hard to please. Just 1. Make it hygienic, and 2. At least ACT like you are interested in helping a customer out. I called to modify the dates within the time frame specified. They said they couldn’t help because it was a Travelocity booking, and apparently the travel insurance I bought didn’t qualify. Travelocity on the other hand said it was up too the hotel. No one wanted to take responsibility to help, let alone have the balls to say they were just nit going to help. But wasted 2 hours of my time and 4 phone calls. When we checked in they said they couldn’t find my booking... and then we’re nit going to look for it. It wasn’t until I found the confirmation number that they began to help.... what a way to treat people on Christmas Eve! Then the room never once got cleaned. Old trash and even clothing from other travelers was still in there, and we ran out of toilet paper!!!! Then we called to book the pool because the health department limited it’s capacity to 10 people for COVID. I was finally thankful for staff helpfulness when they said it wouldn’t be a problem for me to bring the kids down and they would make sure there would be room for us since we called ahead. BUT then they admitted another family of 10 on top of the 6 kids I had brought in! So much for hygiene and health department rules! Overall bad experience. I won’t stay there again.

We asked for early check in. The staff was accommodating. The bed had hair and stains on the sheets and comforter. The tub had hair. The cleaning crew said they would clean the room again but I didn't want to get them in trouble so I went down to the front desk. The girl got really defensive. She told me that I could wait 2 hours for the cleaning crew to clean the room or I could move to another room that was facing a freeway. I said that we had been driving for hours so we will take the freeway room. She said that she didn't want me to complain about the loud freeway if I was a light sleeper. I told her that I was a very light sleeper and I probably will complain about the noise but we are tired. Room #2 also had stains on the comforter, black, dirty tub that just needed to be cleaned with bleach, and yes, loud freeway noises all night. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear Guest, I would like to apologize for the problems you had experienced during your stay with us. I was the one that had helped you at check-in, so I am surprised to see this review from you. As you mentioned in your review, I had specifically asked if you wanted to wait a bit longer for our housekeepers to re-clean your original room for you or if you wanted to just check in right away with a room facing the front side. You chose a room facing the front side of the hotel and I explained to you that I would not want you to be uncomfortable or upset about the traffic noise since you stated you were a light sleeper. You said it was not a problem and you would take the room facing the highway. This was a decision made completely by you and I am sure you would have been more comfortable if you waited for our check-in time and gotten a room facing the backside of the hotel. As for the cleanliness issues, I do apologize. Thank you for bringing those issues to our attention and we will be sure to resolve them with our housekeeping staff. Again, I do apologize for your experience here with us and I wish you the best of luck with your future travels.
