Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport
"We have stayed at this Embassy Suites often. It must be a lower grade for the chain. It seems a little worn and the outside certainly could use help. The rooms are quiet and the breakfast is good though they should have more help with the cooking. That poor employee trying to serve so many at one ..."

"The elevator from the parking garage to lobby was broken, rooms were a bit dirty. No on answers at the front desk. Expedia says this was 4+ stars, however ta rated under 4 stars on the own Hilton website. I think it's more of a management issue than individual workers."

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport
"Our experience was horrible, starting with the shuttle driver who picked us up from airport he was so rude, violent driver who almost hit a car on the way to the hotel and smelled like mariguana. Once we arrived at the hotel the check in staff was so unorganized, rude and upset because we arrived later in the night. He was refusing to give us our room even though we paid ahead of time for our stay. We didn’t want to stay, but was so late and we were so tired from traveling we didn’t know what else to do. We only stayed for 4 hours and left. The motel is very sketchy, it’s very concerning it had a bunch of women pictures on the wall of the office. We felt very unsafe, while sleeping husband heard someone trying to open our room door but thankfully we had the extra lock on. The whole hotel smells terrible a mix of dirty and smoke even though it’s a smoke free place. Everything is old and rundown. Our room smelled, had many cracks all over the ceiling, and the floor felt like it was going to collapse. The ac didn’t work properly. No breakfast only coffee and donuts. Worst experience ever, don’t be confused like us by the “good reviews “ on Expedia, they have to be fake."
