Proactive and friendly front desk staff. I commented that the initial room I was allocated felt a little small. The staff immediately changed our room to a more comfortable one. What was most impressive was the proactively and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Incredible service!

Room was fair. The window was single pain and the rubbish from local places was emptied at 6-30 - 7:00am so I was woke up every morning. Clean room, I think this was in the older part of the hotel, the website leads you to believe it's all refurbished.
