"The rooms were very small. Only 1 chair (at desk), house phone didn't work, and no luggage valet stands (luggage had lay to flat on floor). Only one small bedside table. No refrigerator in room, one had to be brought in for meds that needed to be kept cold. Probably wouldn't choose to stay there again."

"The Boston Seaport Hotel was the perfect location for my visit. It afforded easy walking distance to things I wanted to do and see. And easy access to public transportation. We stayed in a spacious room (king size bed) and it was lovely, quiet, very comfortable, and well maintained by housekeeping. . The Starbucks cafe on the lobby level was very convenient, well-run, and had a nice selection of breakfast pastries and other items. Servers were friendly and efficient. Every staff member I interacted with was very personable, warm, and helpful."

"My family and I stayed for two nights and it was absolutely incredible. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Everything from the service to the food and the room of course were perfect! We had an incredible view of the city from our 18th floor room. That pool and hot tub especially were a big plus for the kids and us as well. My wife and I enjoyed a massage at the spa which we would highly recommend! Overall, one of the best stays we've ever had outside of our own home."

"If you’re thinking of booking Hotel Aka I highly recommend. The hotel was amazing, the staff was so nice. We chose the Boston Common location and it was perfect. We were pretty much in the center for everything. The only thing I would change about hotel is I wish the blinds had blackout curtains. The sun peeper through our window early, but that’s it. Everything else was 10/10!!!"
