"Great location and a clean hotel overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable and it dipped in the middle, making it hard to sleep. The deadbolt in our room didn’t work, and there was frequent door slamming at night that was easy to hear. Most of the issues we experienced were related to the condition of the room rather than the service."

"Very easy digital check in process for those who want to use it. Having my key in my apple wallet was super convenient. "This hotel is both beautiful and ideally located for exploring central Boston. The staff are all super friendly. Coffee shop is great and the cocktails in the bar are delicious. I also love the little "library room" off the hotel lobby where my friend and I had our coffee and chatted surrounded by books and beautiful accoutrements."

"If I could give this property a 10/10 I would! Front Desk associate, Max, was beyond helpful and the hotel even surprised us with something as we were celebrating multiple occasions. The Bosworth was the perfect spot to view the festivities of the evening and the food and service were both 10s! The room - when I say the view was unlike any other, just wow! My significant other has even said he doesn’t want to stay at any other hotels, and he is not easily impressed, and nor am I. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends, who have shared great reviews as well! Thank you AKA Boston Commons! "
