Went to clerk, checked in and we were placed in a handicap room without notice. The configuration is very different from what we booked. Essentially the coffee maker didn’t work which is important to us and it was covered by some sticky substance, water from sink came out rusty, sink was child size and was almost at my knees. My husband was trying to flush the toilet at 1am and it wouldn’t work, so pulled the red cord next to it thinking maybe that was the flush, luckily for us no one responded to the alarm, unlucky for someone really having a problem. The room was supposed to have a small seating area but did not due to it being a handicap unit. We did express our displeasure at check out, the clerk was very sympathetic and said someone would get back to us. Just a very disappointing experience in many facets."
