The location was great. The fact that the elevators were not working is unpardonable. The fact that for the first day the free breakfast was non-existent. the fact that there were no telephones in the room - well these days who knows? The fact that the television was an antiquated version of LED set was only a small irritant added to all the other stuff. The fact that the valet parking was full. The fact that the hotel was under renovation and apparently will soon become a Hotel Indigo (?) may or may not mean anything. This has to have been the worst experience since I stayed in a palapa in zihuatenejo Mexico back in 1993.

Hotel was under construction and a complete mess. Not enough parking and the app did not state that the only parking for the hotel was valet. Extra cost that wasn't expected or indicated when lodging was secured. Heater didnt work and there wasn't enough hot water to shower

The rooms were recently renovated and had a nice, modern feel; comfortable bed; spacious; TV, fridge and microwave were nice to have. Hot water was not consistent; heating/AC unit in the room could not be controlled and ran constantly - noisy and hard to get comfortable; insufficient towel racks and counter space in the bathroom; no full length mirror;

Although rooms are being renovated, I've never stayed anywhere that didn't at least have a phone in the room! This was a major inconvenience when we needed to call the front desk to get a remote control for the TV. It took over an hour calling the number Google gave us till we finally were able to get the right person to get it resolved. They also charged us for Valet parking, even though the road was closed and we had to carry all our luggage down the street to where our car was. All they did was to hold our keys!

The staff was friendly and courteous but everything else was terrible. The hotel is being renovated and there is one ice machine for the whole 17-floor hotel. The elevator stopped working at one point and people were carrying luggage up the stairs. Our room had been renovated and it was still junky. There is no fan in the bathroom and the toilet makes a lot of noise without flushing effectively. The walls are so thin I could hear someone next door peeing.
