Beautiful home newly renovated and decorated throughout with a modern and fresh style. A great place for family, friends and the traveling professionals. The property includes a full kitchen with brand new appliances. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with all essentials needed.
Conveniently located just minutes away from GM performance and racing center, Lego Land Discovery Center, Erebus Haunted Attraction, SEA LIFE Michigan Aquarium, Meadow Brook Hall & Gardens, M1 Concourse and many more.

The Space:
Property features 3 bedrooms 2 on the 1st fool and 1 in 2nd floor. Property has a large driveway and free on street parking.
NEW!! upgrade, an extra Smart Tv added to our property for your enjoyment.

The Neighborhood:
Nice and quiet neighborhood.
The nearest and best grocery stores are Costco or Sam’s Club in Auburn Hills. They are on the East side of I-75 across from Great Lakes Crossing. There is also a Target. Best Buy and a good selection of chain restaurants. If you are not a Costco or Sam’s Club member, there is a Meijer Supermarket at the corner of Joslyn and Brown Roads, near the Target.
Also nearby in Clarkston is the DTE Energy Music Theater, featuring major national acts. It has a large, outdoor amphitheater with a covered pavilion and lawn seating. In the winter, there is skiing at Pine Nob.
“Great Lakes Crossing” is a huge, upscale outlet mall nearby. There are 185 manufacturer’s outlets, a 25-screen AMC Star Movie Theater, Legoland Discovery Center and Sea Life Michigan Aquarium, food court and restaurants. On the other side of the freeway is another Costco and a Sam’s Club.

Be aware
Listed as air conditioning which actually consisted of one living room unit and one bedroom fan. The upstairs was essentially not able to be used as it was so hot. The carpet looked disgusting and in general didn’t look like it was cleaned. Refrigerator handle, light switches and so forth were filthy. The equipped kitchen pans had chipping Teflon so we literally purchased new pans for us to use. There was one towel left for us so we also had to purchase new towels. The outside garbage can was completely full. Power went out for a few days due to weather and 2 flashlights were dropped off that evening. These were 90 plus degree days in a house that wasn’t cool to begin with. Overall awful experience.

Nice, clean, cozy house in a great location
My band and I rented this house while we were recording in Rochester Hills at Metro 37 studios. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It is also in a great location in a quiet neighborhood that isn't too far from any bars, restaurants, or attractions. We were very happy with our stay, the house was very clean and our hosts were phenomenal. Any questions we had they answered right away and were always available if we needed anything.
