We visted the bar lounge to watch the tigers game. Literally no options at bar. No mixer options. Not even 7up or any variety of it. Asked for simple shot chilled. Same cup used to serve to different requests making the drink Terrible. Asked to just pay bill because of miss made drinks and told no need, just leave. If u advise a bar restaurant then have a bar restaurant! It was the reason we selected this location. I did not even mind the remodel which was in progress but dang. Have something on hand

The hotel was under construction and I didn’t know until I saw in the halls on my way to the room. The bistro served me avocado toast dunked in oil and microwaved hard-boiled eggs—I would not recommend the meal. I was the only one in line and there was only one worker, but I still had a long wait. Don’t go there if you’re in a rush but I’m sure they have some other better food options. The room had a weird smell but it was clean and quiet.

The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable, but I don't think I will stay there again. The elevator to get to the rooms is SO FAR AWAY from the front desk. The lady at the cafe in the morning is unfriendly and I stood at the front desk this morning for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me out and take my payment for two sodas. NO ONE WAS AROUND! The front desk was completely empty with no staff in sight. Also, the light in the elevator went out so you rode up in complete darkness. I don't know how many hours it was out but it was definitely TOO long. Maybe once their construction is done, they can improve on their service. But right now, I won't be back.

Had to change rooms 4 times as room they provided was filthy and had mold smell as building was under construction. The front desk clerk indicated because booked through 3rd party could change to one of the newer renovated rooms. I took pictures of the filthy rooms and had to do this 4 times before she finally changed room to one of the newer rooms. It was clean and new furniture, but still not worth the hassle especially after one travels a great distance and wants to relax in comfort. It shouldn’t matter who you booked through as the room was paid for and a customer should not be subjected to subpar conditions.
