Trip gone sour!

We went to Novi, MI for a cheerleading competition, arrived at hotel early were told to come back in half hour all in all check in was 4pm we finally got in a room at 6 pm and mind you people on wait list came and got in rooms before us. Gentlemen at front desk was very nice offered us buffet tickets for breakfast that would cover all 4 of us, hotel room and hotel room were very nice except sandwich left in fridge, 3 of us went down for buffet, my granddaughter only get melon and 1-sausage and we make a plate for my other daughter waitress came to our ur table she was not overly friendly I told there was 4 plates not 3 and I had buffet cards meal came to 80.00 I put on tip she told me to put cards inside we check out and drive away I notice I was charged 50.00 deposit as well as 64.00 for breakfast which they said was mistake cards were missing then why did you take some off and they were put back on card immediately that was yesterday morning they have not refunded me the 50.00 deposit nor my other money minus tip! I feel we were treated unfairly we come from town in the UP don't gave a lot of extra money to be taken advantage of, I will never recommend this hotel or stay there ever again!

Great hotel

Always love Sheraton hotels. Upon arrival though, the toilet was very dirty and had to call room service to clean. Other than that, service was great, room was comfortable and staff was extremely friendly.
