Location was perfect for the event I was attending. Rooms were clean and breakfast provided options that everyone in my party enjoyed. The only issue we had was the guests on the floor above us stomping, running and rolling their desk chair across the floor until well past midnight. This then started back up at 6am the next morning. It made it difficult to keep 2 young children and an infant asleep. I understood there was a cheer competition in town and there were a number of participants staying there, but maybe enforcing a "quiet time" would have been beneficial.

Computers were not responding so we had to wait 10 minutes for to get checked in. It made the desk worker very uncomfortable, obviously. Once the computers were finally working, she handed us a key and said nothing. No directions to elevator, info about property, etc.

Courteous and accomodating staff, check in was a breeze for 3 rooms and 3 day stay. I was informed that due to the thanksgiving holiday no maid service would be available but to let front desk know if we needed anything. With that in mind, I felt like the rooms hould have been adequately stocked with at least one extra roll of toilet tissue. I had to ask for more for at least 2 of the rooms the same day of check in.The hot breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The fabuloso smell, to me, was a bit overpowering when entering hotel.

Love the Tru brand. They are always clean and crisp. Nothing is old or poorly maintained. I they even clean the filters on the PTAC (heater units).

After good experiences in the past, I always look for a Tru by Hilton. My only complaints with this one was that a couple of the lights didn’t work and we ended up searching and finding that they were unplugged for some reason. And the beds were comfortable but they sounded like they were mounted on top of filing cabinets. They made metal popping sounds with every move. Other than that, I still like Tru because they feel new and fresh.

Floors were not cleaned— tons of large dust/debris, a keycard, sugar packet, reminder pack list, pill on the bathroom floor. Half the lights don’t work. The remote doesn’t turn the TV on, you have to manually turn it on then it goes into frame-mode, after which the power from the remote turns on the smart interface. The bathroom light shut off on my while I was showering. Faucet was difficult to open.
Dust and debris next to bench under TV (I already picked up the keycard, sugar packet, and pack/reminder list found right here, as well as the pill on the bathroom floor).
