It seems the hotel is recently taken over and hence was in disarray. The staff though polite but have no idea about services. I requested house keeping in the morning which was never fulfilled.

Property in an excellent location, many stores and restaurants close by. No services available from the hotel, i.e., no room service, restaurant closed, pool closed.
