Moderate Stay in a Nice Location

The hotel is in a nice location of Novi because of the easy access to food, shopping, and services. The bed was comfortable and the room was moderate. The front desk attendant who checked us in was not too attentive. The one thing we did not really like was having to ask that our room was cleaned and our stay was better than three days!

They charged me twice for my stay and when i questioned it they denied and then i showed them receipts through my bank they they returned the money but then took money out of my account 3 days after i checked out which screwed up my rent, since i showed them they stopped answering me

The rooms are outdated and do not have smart tv’s. No Netflix :(. There are about 10 working channels on the outdated tv. Old phone w/ chord. Only a couple working outlets. No cell phone charging ports…VERY outdated!!

Nice stay overall. There were some issues with the pool being closed but they did reopen eventually. I wish that they had sold food and drinks in the lobby but it looked abandoned. Room was nice
