Staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially at breakfast, we were there for a volleyball tournament and the staff offered her ice water for her water bottle. Room was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

The staff is very polite and friendly. The cleanliness could be better, specifically vacuuming in common areas such as hallways and the M Club. That part was definitely not up to Marriott standards.

They did not clean the room, when we asked for room to be cleaned they did our bed but left rhw sofa bed unmade. The drinks and food un the club was always empty. And it was not clean. I have stayed couple lf times in this hotel and it was the first time this kind of things happen.

We have mixed feelings about our stay. The check in was easy, but the card hold stayed until I called them upon our return home. It was described as a '"glitch". The accountant was very nice and took care of it. We did not receive our breakfast vouchers causing an awkward encounter when we were given our breakfast bill. Hotel itself is very nice. Our room overall was nice, but was room smelled either like air or carpet freshner. Scent was overwhelming and the windows do not open to allow any fresh air inside. Like I said, lots of ups and downs for the property.
