I specifically requested an accessible room with a roll in shower and when I got there to check in, they were giving me just a regular room. I explained that I needed this accessible room for my boyfriend who is a wheelchair user and after 10 minutes of them trying to figure something out, they explained that the room was out of order. Come to find out that they don’t even look at third party reservations until somebody comes to check in, which is why I was told that I was not notified of the room being out of order. I was also told to call ahead to make sure that room was available next time, which is crazy. I would not have to worry about this if it was just a regular room. The lady at reception was very nice throughout this whole process, but the whole ordeal was ridiculous. We had to end up getting a refund and finding a new hotel for that night.

Peaceful

My husband and I stayed here for an early Valentines getaway, and everything was great. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, workers were friendly, breakfast was tasty, and fitness center was nice. We will happily stay here again.
