Disappointing!

The room was horrible! The carpet was ripped all the way through the room. It was disgusting. When I asked for a different room, the desk clerk was quick to tell me that since I booked through travelocity not to expect anything special. She said they had rooms already blocked off for customers who booked through those services. I was livid! I told her that there was no way I would pay the amount I paid for such a raggedy room! She eventually gave me a different room, but it was not the type I requested. I will never, ever, ever go to that hotel again!!!!!

Awesome Hotel !

This hotel was everything and more than I ever expected. Hot breakfast was awesome. Pool was great and the work out room was also. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious for the 4 of us. Included was a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Loaded with plenty of dishes, glasses and pots and pans for cooking. Had all the conveniences of home. Accidentally forgot my orthopedic pillow I took with me. We called the hotel and they sent it to me the next day overnight shipment. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend !
