Travelocity did a bate and swicth on us!! The room was dirty, smelled of marjunina, stantied bedding, unpantied walls, flies, roaches, dirty bathroom, stained/unclean. Because we booked prior to coming. We had no choice but to stay there. We trusted the web site pictures and did not have the money to go to another hotel! The pictures on the travelocity site are wrong!!! This hotel should be condemned!! We had to clean, buy bug spray, room deodorizer etc! I will addressing this with several agencies!!

Everything in this review is known to Red Roof Inn employees before I am writing them here. The only good things about our stay were that the beds themselves seemed to be clean and the evening employee who checked us in seemed to be trying, although in over her head. Otherwise: Our party of three rooms with babies did not get rooms next to each other as reserved; our non-smoking room smelled of smoke from the cigarette put-out container right outside the door. Light bulbs were missing or burnt out, the sink handle was in disrepair, there was no room service for three days until I complained. The worst part was that we were billed too much money for the rooms and it took our own vigilance and way too much time calling it to their attention and trying to figure it out before we were credited. They overbilled the reserved price of the room. They asked us at check-in if we wanted to use the safe, and billed us anyway even though we said no. We were originally billed for an extra room, and have to have that credited. The credit card was run before our second and parties checked out of their rooms. Although we reserved through Travelocity, the paperwork said it was Expedia. The motel employees seemed unable to understand or properly work with the contract reservation system they had with Expedia. They seemed to have no way to decide ahead of time which guests were assigned to which rooms. The exterior of the building is decaying. The savings were not worth it.

Very Nice Hotel For Price

Pros: Noon check out, professional, courteous staff, low rates, clean rooms, comfort and convenience
Cons: Internet is a little bit slow
Location: Fish,state parks, many restaurants, easy on and off expressway, bars, shopping
We stayed several days. Facility wise, the rooms are all redecorated and very clean. They put thought into guest comfort and convenience by including a wall mounted television, internet access, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator with a good working freezer. They are minimally priced and quite clean. The staff seem to be very friendly, professional and helpful. And the topper is a noon check out! Even on check out day house keeping doesn't knock on your door till noon. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay away!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Get rid of the extended stay. Enforce no smoking policies in rooms. Spend some money on upgrades in general
Awful! Pulled in and couldn't find the office. Drove around the entire complex. This is an extended stay hotel and there were people living there. People hanging out on the balconies in lawn chairs. People in the parking lot working on the cars. The room was a dump and reeked of cigarette smoke. Promptly returned to the office and requested a refund. Went down the street and got a different hotel. I'd give this one zero stars if I could!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
I would have to stay everything was Excellent!!!! My room was clean Staff was wonderful the price was awesome not bad at all i will be back thanks redroof inn :)
