Where do I start? Room was not ready at 7pm for checkin, never cleaned. We waited 2 hours in the lobby to checkin. Room keys did not work most of the time and we had to go back and forth from the front desk 7 times in 2 days to reset our keys because we could not get in our room. Fire alarm evacuation at 1am, everyone out to parking lot because a kid pulled he alarm likely. Pool was over chlorinated, no towels. Breakfast closes early. Elevators are half not working, the ones working are slow. No staff offered anything to make it better. Rooms were worn, duct tape on carpet, dirty walls and ceiling.

Im a Loyal customer to the embassy suites brand of all the stay all across the U.S. stayed for 4 days..I never encountered a facility with no worker to clean your room daily unless you request no service they just don't service your room..first night no cable was working! Last night 90 degrees air conditioner was not working!! teenagers running around in the hallways no supervision!! Embassy suites did not offer nothing off my hotel stay!! 😞

This hotel used to be nice. The breakfast and the pool was the best parts of the hotel stay. The elevators barely worked (waited forever for them to come and one elevator was out of service half the day), when housekeeping cleaned the room she didnt have washcloths and said she would bring some later but later never came, there was a glob of snort on the couch when we arrived (very noticeable) and the tub/tub walls were unclean. This used to be my go to hotel but not anymore.

Think the property is kind of tired. Everything looks the same as it did 20 years ago. It used to be a premium property, not so much anymore. Ran out of food at breakfast, a/c was not working well, shower curtain did not reach inside tub, so the water ran out on floor. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again

They gave me a one bedroom with no balcony when I paid for it and booked a two bedroom with a balcony. They also had no working AC the entire night and it took two hours to check me into my room. I am demanding a full refund.

My stay was terrible! The A/C did not work amd my room was 80 degrees. Also sunday morning the pool was suppose to open at 8am but did not open until 10:51am, 6minutes before 11am checkout. What a coincidence

No ac really hot room an no help

Well i book the room fory daughter bday. When we came back from the pool. The a/c was not work. My 6 yr son had an asthma attack in the middle of the night it was so hot. We were in room 510. It was so humid in the room. As the morning went on the hott it go. I talk to the lady the front desk. There manger was unavailable. This was a horrible experience. An i really want my money back. The real effectedy family badly.

I was seriously disappointed with this being a Hilton establishment. The hotel was very dated. The door to the room was janky. If you didn’t lift the door and slammed it shut it wouldn’t closed. To open the door from the outside you damn near had to karate bump it. Bad water pressure. Toilet half way flushed. There was standing water in the tub after taking a shower. Which is nasty. There was urine and the bottom on the toilet. Carpet needed to be replaced. The elevators were so slow and dirty. And of course the WiFi hardly worked. This is why I will never stay at a Hilton establishment again. Sticking to my Marriott
