Dirty rooms, no toilet paper, shower gel almost finished after 1 person took shower, only 2 towels were provided for 4 people and when we called reception they asked us to come down and collect as they did not have staff. While we could see many staff members available. Also the carpets were dirty, wallpaper peeling off the washroom walls… outdated funiture This hotel needs a full renovation

Check in was not very friendly and I was extremely disappointed to have to pay a $25 early check in fee for checking in one hour early! I've never experienced this in my 40+ years of frequent travel. Other hotels are always happy to accommodate if a room is available.

The staff was all friendly and the evening reception is a great perk. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not good. Dirty ice bucket, couch, glasses, etc. the condition of the room was bad too, loose table legs, broken lamps, busted furniture with wood pieces sticking out, etc.

Where should i start! The room floors were sticky. The room was laid out nice but there was tape on the walls where previous people had a poster hanging up (housekeeping could have easily seen it and taken it down), there were holes in the walls, lamp shades were broken, burn holes in the carpet, and the tv had a black spot and a line through it. But what made me mad was i checked in 5 people and there was 1 towel. When we went down and asked for more, we got major attitude and was told they would bring them up to us. At MIDNIGHT i went back down and asked for them and they were going to give me 3 i told her we had 5 people and again with the attitude. All i wanted to do was shower to get the chlorine off of me so i would stop itching. The breakfast this morning was amazing! Overall i will NEVER stay there again!!!!

Check in was ok except for the long wait due to only one person working behind the counter and a rather large family checking in for over 25 mins. The elevators were either broken or extremely slow, so a lot of time was spent waiting for elevators or having to take the stairs which I did with a bad knee several times. The pool and hot tub were both dirty and unkept. There were no towels in the pool area and so many families kids were running through the hotel soaking wet and the elevator floors were drenched, with nobody cleaning the water up. My room had no towels in it and my comforter was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was so much grit and dirt on the toilet it was ridiculous.

The room was outdated. Only had one USB port on an alarm clock to charge your phone. My guest and I showered, only to find out there was only one towel in the room. Only one elevator in the front worked. Other than that you had to walk way to the back for the other one. Then there were children running around with no parental supervision late at night. It also sounded like construction was going on in the day time. The staff however were wonderful & the breakfast was too tier.

Staff, my Husband and I were out out of the hotel in the middle of the night by police escort because a patron next door lied on us and called the desk stating domestic violence, although the police came up and investigated and saw no signs of a fight we were eating dinner, the came up a 2nd time while we were in the bed having a conversation and told us the hitel wanted us out. my husband is partially deaf and he talks loudly unbeknownst to him and the neighbor didn't like that she could hear him talking,

We somehow got marked as a no-show despite arriving around 7:30pm Monday, December 8th. We had get our room keys fixed multiple times because of that. My spouse went to the front desk and wasn’t asked for an ID before getting key access to the room. On Tuesday after our keys stopped working again, we went to the desk and I showed them my ID and that’s when we learned we had been marked as a no-show. The woman at the front desk was very kind and said she got us all checked in. Also because of being marked as a no-show, we had two separate times when someone walked into our room while we were there. The first time was another guest and he walked in while my young children were watching tv on the couch. The other time was on Wednesday, December 10th and was a staff member. I was alone in the room resting. I’m disabled so I wasn’t able to get to door between when she knocked and nearly entered. She said our room was supposed to be vacant (after we had thought we were checked in for a second time.) We also didn’t have access to the WiFi for our entire stay (assuming because we were never properly checked in.) We had also asked about having the waterfall turned on in the pool several times and in the 3 separate times we swam, it only got turned on once. We had a lovely time overall, but this was the weirdest experience we’ve ever had traveling.
