Perfect spot for our game night. Two bedrooms, living space and full kitchen. Tuck away ftom main r oad so it was quiet. Noon checkout is amazing. Room was ckean and beds were comfortable.

Everything was very nice clean spacious room and comfy bed. Staff was nice with the exception that I believe my card was charged for the night although I already paid via Expedia. There was a $220 hold on my card not sure why when I pre paid for the night via Expedia. I was told the computer charges its own taxes and fees when I called which doesnt make sense to me. Was told to call back if the whole $220 does not go back into my account after coming out of pending. Other than the deposit there should not have been any other charges to my card.

Lukewarm water for shower and you cannot take a shower. Requested the handyman but could not fix. Floor had a lot of dirty spots and not clean. GM didn't reach out after requested and went home due to weekend. Beware- a horrible hotel. Very unusual for BONVoY hotels. Hotels.com rep was very kind and helpful. Let's see how hotels.com can fix this.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She even remembered us the next morning. The room and facility was clean. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good, better than many places we have stayed. The breakfast staff was also nice and on top of things.

The staff was fairly good. The complimentary breakfast was good; better than I expected. The atmosphere and condition of the suites was not that appealing and in need of improvement/updating. It met my needs since I was in town for a family funeral for 2 days.

My room #126 had a broken refrigerator, one of the reasons for booking here, and my son's suite was mold filled.. We had to change rooms ,it was making my grandchildren sick.. The staff are incredible! The facility not so much ..The mold is the property owners issue not the staff!!

Cold showers and fleas in beds

The hotel room was run down. There was not reliable hot water for showers. We had to move rooms due to fleas in a bed. Worst hotel experience and would not recommend staying there. Terrible.

This hotel held $150 on our credit card. Never paid THAT much! We are retired, and just spending one night to visit our son. We don't fit the profile of thieves or partiers! They informed us it may take 7 - 14 days for our bank to remove this charge. As retirees on a fixed income, this provided a hardship. When we disputed this charge, they informed us that their system would not allow us to check in unless we consented. Then, as a "courtesy", they waved the $3 Parking fee. This hotel had ample ground level (no garage) parking. Why would they charge a parking fee!!! Ridiculous!! We definitely will NOT stay in this hotel again.
