The hotel was nice however we were NOT given the room I PAID for! I reserved a KING room and we were given two queens and told they “WERE SOLD OUT”! I reserved my room many weeks in advance for a hockey tournament. As far as I’m concerned it was unacceptable and when I went online they had king rooms available. And because we booked “through a third party Travelocity, there was “nothing they could do”! So that was unfortunate. Breakfast was ok, pool was a little cloudy. Workout room was awesome.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The pool was crowded with unsupervised children. The whole pool area was filthy. They closed the pool, which is the reason we came to the hotel in the first place. We asked multiple times and they had no towels. The ceiling in our room looked like it was leaking. Definitely not recommended.

Very nice location, very clean, great staff. Beds were very comfortable, pillows not so much. The pool and gym were very nice and very clean as well. The breakfast far exceeded my expectations compared to other places I have stayed. The only thing I was not impressed with was $150 fee at check for incidentals, I personally feel this is high and excessive

During our stay, our door locked, and the battery died so that we could not access our room. The staff was either unable or unwilling to resolve the situation for hours. We were told we would receive a discount off our total bill, but we never did. We will never stay here again.
