The staff was very nice and friendly . The manager on the evening shift made a fresh pot of coffee for us and another per our request arranged a wake up call for breakfast. Will definitely return on our next trip to Detroit

The elevator and hallways were not clean. Staff was not very friendly at check in. They did not verify that they had my hilton honors number or my email address. When they stated they would email my receipt they never verified that they had an email address to send it to. Obviously I did not get a receipt and had to call to receive that.

Dear Kathryn, I am sorry about the hallway and elevator condition during your stay. That is unacceptable. We are working on hiring someone to maintain the public areas of the Hotel. With regards to you Hilton Honors account. When you book through a Third Party you can't get Hilton Honors credit. We should have attached your account, however, if you asked. If we did not, then I am sorry about that. lastly, when you book through a third party, they provide you with your receipt. Let me know if I can be of further service. T. Keller/GM

It was safe and inexpensive. Pillows were uncomfortable. Check in was quick but she didnt tell us where our room was or that they had complimentary breakfast. We overheard her tell another guest checking in.

Construction in area streets made some travel complicated but not hotels fault. Staff friendly and courteous. Pleasant stay.

I found my carpet in my room extremely deplorable it had a big P stain on the floor right next to the bed where you get out completely disgusting
