Swimming pool was very good and clean but the inside floor room was not clean, sheets and pillows we have to go to the receptionist to get clean ones.

Well when we walked in, after a minute the employee put her cell phone down and came to the desk to greet us, and that was the norm for her. The following morning, I grab my coffee drink from the fridge and notice it isn't working, not a huge deal the leftovers have only been in there a few hours. I called up front and they said they'd handle it while I was gone. We arrive that evening with leftovers from that nights dinner, planning on eating the leftovers from each night our 3rd and final night, rather than going out to eat. Well evidently they didn't do anything about the fridge, so our amazing slice of cheesecake from Florentine, where they often sell out, and it's hard to find it, and the rest of those leftovers spoiled, along with the juice we brought as mixers. They did offer to put the food we just brought home in a different fridge, but being that the first nights were spoiled, we didn't have enough and had to buy dinner the 3rd night. It would appear as they don't desire to do anything to make the situation right, I've called twice and given them time to right this before writing the review, but they still haven't gotten back to me 2 days after we checked out. The only thing i don't have complaints about was the hot tub area. The room wasn't in very good condition, the air conditioner wouldn't kick on and off on its own, once it stopped you had to turn it off and on, there wasn't a proper blanket, i could go on and on.

I'm kind of appalled at how this stay went. The main reasons I booked this room were for the in room jacuzzi, the indoor pool, and the breakfast. They didnt tell us until after we checked in and it was too late to cancel that the pool was closed down and they were no longer offering breakfast. The jacuzzi had a broken inflow cover so it was just an open hole which ended up sucking my boyfriends leg into it and hurting him. I had to turn off the jets to get his leg off. The refrigerator had not been cleaned from the previous renters and still had food in it. Which would normally not be that bad, however they unplug the refrigerators in between guests so the fridge was full of mold that made the room smell like dead animal. When we told the lady at the desk she just said "sorry". We asked what could be done about it and she said "I'd clean it but its not my job. Im not a housekeeper." We were so done by this point we just asked her if they had supplies we could use to clean it ourselves. She gave us some gloves and bleach wipes. We scrubbed the fridge ourselves and it still smelled like dead animal the rest of the stay. I originally wanted to stay for two nights but am thankful I only booked for 1. I would never ever return to this place.
