"Everything was wonderful from the time we walked into the time we left. It was very clean and enjoyable just to be on the grounds and easy to get to the beach and bathrooms available there for use with the swipe of your room key. The pool was clean and heated and very peaceful. They had microwaves and refrigerators in the room. The continental breakfast was superb and included the ability to make your own pancakes and a cute little machine that tasted good also hard boiled eggs and yogurt and fresh fruit including bagels and toast and great coffee. Will definitely come back again."

"Our room had an ant infestation and we found crumbs under our bed. We asked the front desk to please send up someone to vacuum the room and spray for the ants while we went out for the night. It was not done. We had to clean up under the bed when we got back late and keep killing the ants. Ew! We showed them videos of all the ants, but still nothing was done. No elevator and I have a very hard time with stairs. They offered for us to move from the 1st floor (which is one flight up already), to the second or third floor. I would have gladly taken them up on their offer, but my knees would not allow it. Also, guests would leave garbage around. A drinking cup here, Andes candies wrappers there, which I am sure happens, but not enough staff to keep up with the keep up."
