I enjoyed the stay at the Atlantic House. The room was ok - a little bit on the smaller side and the bathroom could use an update but by all means was sufficient. The Air conditionning worked well and defintely kept the room cool.The breakfast consisted of bagels or two different type of cereal - not very exciting but that was not what the purpose was of our visit. Overall good accommodations.

The location was super conveniently located near Narragansett Beach restaurants, the Blessing of the Fleet festival and road race finish line and I appreciated the simple coffee and bagel offerings in the morning. However, my motel room had a few easily fixable issues, including a badly clogged bathtub drain, a chair with a broken leg, and a fire alarm light that was hanging from the ceiling. The staff were personable and professional.

This hotel was very nice overall. Our room had a separate sitting area with the fridge and microwave. I have a few minor complaints, but I still rate the property a 5. The TV was in a slightly weird location. The balcony was very narrow. The breakfast was just OJ, some bagels, and coffee. We ended up going out for breakfast. Other than these minor issues, I recommend the hotel.

It was a great location, nice view, comfy room and pleasant staff. A few reviews complained about the pillows and they could use an upgrade, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Ok for the location not the best room cleanliness.

Was ok, great location, staff was friendly, Breakfast is not really breakfast just cheap bagels and some cereal. Room was quiet and good size. Smelled really musty in the room. Not sure why. Air conditioner was clean and room was clean just super super musty.

Good location, partial view of ocean. Ivan at check in wonderful. Room run down. Had 1 interaction with lady on phone. Debbie maybe? Extremely rude and condescending. Floor in bedroom very uneven, tripping hazard. When I spoke to blonde lady at desk re this she was very confrontational, denied seeing problem in room, walked out in a huff. Will never stay there again

Perfect location

The facility was a bit outdated, but the location was great and the service was friendly, so we had a pleasant stay. Since it was a peak season in a tourist area, it wasn’t the most budget-friendly option, but it was comfortable and relaxing. The room was spacious enough for four people, and the sofa set by the large window made it perfect for enjoying the ocean view.

Did not offer to straighten room every day unless you ask every day. No clean towels or trash removed. "Free" breakfast was coffee, juice, cold cereal and expired bagels.

The reception was top notch and very welcoming! , The ocean view room with balcony was a perfect view , and totally worth the extra cost if you can do it . It is close to several restaurants that you can walk to . Bed was comfortable, pillows could be upgraded . The bathroom definitely needs a little attention, it would be perfect with an upgrade of towels and toiletries, and an extra set per person since there is not daily housekeeping. ( totally ok with us ) They are definitely at a budget hotel quality, and could easily make the stay perfect if they were nicer.

The staff were great. the 2nd floor balcony was nice, just needs a few umbrellas. The breakfast needs to be a bit more for the price of the room. maybe some fruit or yogurt, more bread options. Missed a pool also.

I was overcharged in my room was in the motel instead of the hotel and I think $350 and then some was absolutely way overpriced. The room was full of moisture. I woke up, sneezing, coughing. I will never ever stay there again.

A very interesting property and experience

We wanted a property that had a fabulous view and would enable us to walk to dinner at Coast Guard House. The Atlantic House checked both boxes. We arrived early, tired from travel, and were able to check in early (for a $35 fee). Ivan was great carrying my wife’s incredibly large and heavy suitcase up an imposing flight to our second floor room (we were aware there was no elevator). Our room (201) was facing the ocean with a small deck on the side and an ample sitting area. The furnishings are very tired, the fitted sheet kept coming off the king bed ( which, truth be told was not uncomfortable). The bathroom oddly had the sink in the sleeping space but the shower, while as tired and in need of the same refresh as the room, had great pressure. The common deck was also a nice feature with tables and chairs (no umbrellas so the full day sun was a bit toasty). Coffee and a VERY modest “breakfast” offerings were terrible. All in all, the two major points were met but having arrived there after a spectacular few days at The Inn at Stonington it was overall a disappointment. Nice folks, very tired property. ( and as an aside, more costly than Inn at Stonington for a room 1/2 the size and much older and craggy though we were aware of the cost when we made our choice, just not the incredible disparity)
