"Very clean. Had touches of luxury- which was nice for people on a budget. The pool was beautiful with the real chirping birds and statues of polar bears and palm trees. My two year old had a lot of fun swimming. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although I spoke French with them the entire time, it appeared as though all staff were bilingual. "

"Great property right in the middle of old town Quebec City. Lots to see, do, & eat within less than 10 minute walk! Immersed ourselves in a welcoming, delightful area, complete with a room upgrade!"

"Not a problem caused by the hotel but heavy rebuild of main roadway beside hotel made it difficult to access and leave the hotel. Was not mentioned on Google maps or by the hotel website. Would stay there again however, lovely hotel and friendly staff, very up to date even though an older hotel."
