Pool area and adjacent bar seating is delightful, with live greenery and chirping birds. Breakfast options OK, but fruit and cereal options could be expanded and beverage quality (juice and coffee) need improvement. Room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. Real glasses would be a nice upgrade.

The hotel is across the river from Quebec. It is a short drive from a ferry service which delivers you to the foot of the heights where the Hotel Frontenac is located. It is a short walk to the funicular for a ride to the top.

This ia a really nice place for a family. The pool and hot tub are very clean. Very impressed coming from the U.S. where they are normally nasty. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. I really can't say anything bad about it. Quiet hours for the pool was after 9PM. Even though there were some teams staying there, we were never disturbed. Very nice place to stay.

Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was complete, cooked items and tasty. The hotel was very satisfactory but older and less luxurious than I had assumed from pictures. Getting to Vieux Quebec itself proved to be a real added expense: it required a taxi to the ferry terminal and taking a ferry across the St Lawrence River to the city both over and back. I wish I had known the property in LEVIS was across the river from Quebec City.
