We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel L'Oie des Neiges. Everything met our expectations and we have no complaints. The tropical-style pool area was a highlight—though the pool water could have been warmer, the hot tub was very relaxing. Staff were bilingual, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even smoother. Breakfast offered the usual basics you’d expect from a hotel, and while it was satisfying overall, the coffee could have been better. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service and amenities.

Excellent value for the price. Breakfast was included, the room was very clean, and the pool and hot tub are beautiful. Staff was friendly and pleasant, and the location - so close to the highway, gas station, and convenience store - is really convenient and easy.

The room was very large and very clean but the mattress was lumpy. You had to wiggle around to find a comfortable area to sleep. I told the front desk when we were leaving and they said they would look into it.

I was very surprised with this hotel. It is very clean, quiet and intriguing. I feel what makes it this way is the balconies that overlook the swimming pool. Breakfast came with the room and there was a substantial amount of food placed out. I most certainly will be looking to book this hotel again

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, and overall it offered a pleasant experience. The breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. Overall it worked well for our trip.

I had to argue to change rooms. I was given a room with a terrible odor. I was told to wait half an hour. Then told it takes a few hours. After an hour with no improvement, despite ventilating it and spraying air freshener, I insisted on being moved but had to really push for it. In the end I was switched but it was not a good experience. In our other room the fridge leaked onto our bags. I don’t think I’d return here.
