Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. We can hear the people above us talking loud and kids running around until midnight and early morning. Called the front desk and it took multiple calls for the noise to stop and it was very late night. Heard the noise again at 6AM and my family was still sleeping.

Staff at Check-in and Check-out was great. Room was nice and spacious for a family of five. Sofa bed was noisy though when shifting sleeping positions. Breakfast had the basics but nothing special.

So this isn't necessarily a complaint about the hotel and accommodations, rather about inconsiderate people directly above us that paced and jumped into the early hours. The first night, we thought it was a kids team being rambunctious and kind of let it slide, but told the clerk the next morning. The same guests were there the following night and the clerk said call if it happened again. It happened again, and I called 3 times throughout the night, the last being at 3:00 am. I guess they went up each time because it stopped for a while then restarted. I get that they can't control thoughtless people, but at the end of the day (literally) we got little to no sleep. They apologized, of course, and said they would talk to the manager, but I doubt that happened (sorry if I'm being judgemental). The rooms were nice, though . . .
