overall okay, the service was mostly great except the restaurant service, very rude/rushed, and gave insane amounts of attitude when my dad asked for a clean cup (they were all dirty) kind of appalling for a $82 breakfast for 3 people and the food was not good either. the bathroom did not have much ventilation and the tv did not work well. The charging ports were loose/did not work well either. Listed amenities, like the pool, were closed for maintenance. Other than these things the room was nice but overall frustrated and disappointed.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly on the property and the pool is closed. We were only informed at check-in (after a 9.5 hr drive) where our options were to have a fan or to not stay there. Other hotels didn't have availability with rooms for 4 on short notice on a Saturday night. We checked out a day early after finding an alternative hotel for the 2nd night. Was disappointed with the lack of communication. Would have appreciated knowing prior to booking or traveling the above and that the property is under construction with only 1 elevator running. Microwave not available in room (communal one on the floor)
