Good overall cleanliness, staff was nice. But our room wasn't ready on time, and the shower water settings were either really hot or really cold with no pressure, nothing in between. We would still come back, it's a nice hotel.

Very clean and nicely appointed in terms of having been refurbished. Negative - no elevator to 3rd floor (required one-half flight of stairs.) Also no complementary breakfast.
