Chambre négligée, pas de piles dans la télécommande, baignoire partiellement bouchée, la porte ne se fermait pas convenablement. Je suis arrivé un soir, la porte était ouverte. The rooms were freezing, and if you turned in your heat the heater made so much noise you couldn’t sleep. We thought it was a problem with just our room, they gave us a different room to accommodate us… but it was worst. We did not sleep at all! It was like a helicopter landing. I have to give 2 stars because the staff was very nice. But if you’re there to sleep on a cold winters night… go somewhere else. There is a ok breakfast in the morning. It’s not just continental, they have eggs and sausages.

as there was a kids hockey team staying at the same hotel kids sounded like a herd of elephants running up and down the hallways doing some results multiple kids at 1 AM in the morning could not sleep and I needed to have a good night rest cause I had a long drive. I ahead of me. The kids were also eating and drinking in the pool, which I don’t feel is acceptable as my husband and I drive back-and-forth from New Brunswick to Ontario, we were going to make this a place to stop each time when we travel and after the stay, I don’t think we’ll ever be back, which is unfortunate because the location off the highway was great and the hotel itself was nice
