Hôtel had an odor, had room was dingy. We walked in, let them know toilet was continuously running and walked out. Didn’t go back, felt if we took a shower we would end up dirtier than we started.

Blown away by the continental breakfast, most places you get some granola bars and fruit but here they had eggs, sausage, toast, waffles , the list goes on. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful couldn’t beat the location, right off the main highway, 10 out of 10

Close to many of the parks Levis has to offer but the room and pool facilities could use some improvement. The AC unit leaked on the carpet making it wet and the pool area had a strange unpleasant odour, so much so that I couldn’t stay in the pool area. Beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and beautiful rooms!! I got an upgrade which was a beautiful suite with whirlpool tub and fireplace!! Thank you to your desk clerk for making that happen, especially after a long day of driving!! Very kind and appreciative!

Hotel is near the waterfalls, which makes it a nice walk for the mornings after a nice free breakfast. Only disappointment was the hottub wasnt as hot as we would have liked.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. Any issues we had, which were very small were addressed and corrected immediately. We will stay here when we return to the area and would recommend it to others.
