First Floor Guest Suite features a floating desk, large closet, and en suite bathroom. Main floor has a third bedroom with build in office space and upgraded kitchen. From the moment we booked this house everything was outstanding. Communication with owner was genuine and extremely welcoming. House was absolutely everything advertised. Exceptionally clean, organized and equipped with anything you could need. Felt like a vacation home shared with extended family. Can wait to book again.

Denver Visit

Beautiful home with state-of-the art media technology and within walking distance to downtown Denver, local grocery stores and Coors Field. A little too warm to use the 3rd floor outdoor facilities......but they looked awesome. Plenty of room for a family of four to have their own space. The master bedroom shower was awesome and the property owner stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks.......a first class gesture. Our family would love to stay here again if/when we visit Denver again.

Great house, great location!

We were in Denver for a college graduation. My husband, sister, myself and my son stayed at the house. We couldn’t have been happier! The house is in excellent condition. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all of the amenities! I would highly recommend this house and plan on staying there again when I’m back in Denver!

Fantastic Smart Town Home

We visited Denver for a girls weekend. This property is great. Our host left us a bottle of wine and snacks on the counter. There were drinks in the fridge. The master has a cooling and heated mattress, which was amazing. Everything was spotless. It is truely a smart house. Shades open and close with one button! We walked most places. Mark quickly responded to any questions. I would definitely rent here again.
