While the staff and inside the hotel were different, nice, and interesting there were a few big issues. They have throw rugs everywhere in the lobby some of which are not stuck down properly and both me and my wife tripped over them several times. This hotel is in a crummy neighborhood that they are trying to gentrify and push out the low income people that used to live in the area. Then there is the parking. The hotel does not have a parking structure or even a parking lot. They expect you to park on the street in a neighborhood that has signs warning against frequent break ins. You can valet you car with the hotel for $42 a day and they will go find a place on the street to park it for you. So either way you are either getting ripped off for parking by the hotel or parking it yourself you simply have to hope your car is not broken in to during your stay. We will never visit this property again which stinks because it is close to our favorite music venue.

We DO have a lot of rugs in the lobby; our designer has great taste and your feedback has made us aware that we need to switch them out to make the lobby traffic smoother. RiNo has been an up and coming neighborhood for some time now. We are thrilled to see its transformation as it's been filled with abandoned warehouses for years, and its great to see it in the process of being revived; providing lots of jobs and bringing life back to this historic area. We offer valet parking that is priced the same as our neighboring hotels, and is in line with all of Denver. Our valet parks the vehicles in a nearby gated lot or secured garage, dependent of the size of the vehicle or availability. We never park guest cars on the street. We also offer parking packages bundled with your room on our website, when you book direct. There is self-parking available nearby and of course street parking. We hope that you'll give us an opportunity in the future to host you and know that we value your opinion and are making changes based on your feedback. Please reach out to us directly if we can assist with concerns or future reservations.
