Located few minutes off of Denver's Interstate 36, this fun retro themed house is a quick 10 minute drive to Denver and 25 minutes to Boulder. Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large backyard, and a game room downstairs, this location is perfect for a quick weekend in Colorado and longer stays to really get to know the area. This space is huge and comfortable!

Sleeps 7 people! There are 4 bedrooms - 3 queen beds, and one twin. There are two bathrooms, one in the basement and one upstairs. The twin bedroom doubles as an office and has a desk for those who are looking for a remote work space. Enjoy a large dining room table to fit everyone in your group, or eat a meal on our outside table in our beautiful summer months. The backyard is fully fenced in and a great spot for playing games or letting out dogs. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic spices, pots, pans, and utensils if you'd like to cook a meal, and includes a dishwasher, stove, and oven. This home also has central AC and heating.

Most fun is the game room basement. We have a ping pong table for friendly competitions, and a projector that can connect to any of your accounts to watch movies or TV on the big screen. A bookshelf has various games to play. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement to do laundry.

The location to both Denver and Boulder is perfect - you can easily catch a ride share to get to either downtown or the airport, located just 30 minutes away. We are also 5 minutes from a bus line which can connect you around the city or to union station to catch a ride to the airport. Big mountain ski towns like Breck, Vail, and Winter Park are between 1-2 hours away.

Free parking! There are two driveway spaces and ample free street parking. The garage is not available for use for guests.

Note: this unit is not wheelchair friendly as there is a step or two to get in the front and back doors.
