"Room was very clean but there was a loud, non-stop noise in the room all night that never stopped. the bed was also top hard for me."

"Good service @ check-in & out. Room on 1st floor was quiet. Close parking if one doesn't mind being in back of bldg / a rear entrance is close by Best feature was hot-tub, it's size-able & runs continuously / no need to exit to turn it back on. It wasn't crowded on Sun nite. However a noisy family descended on pool area with minor children who weren't watched closely by parents. Saw one child 3-4 yrs old leaning into hot/tub as I was leaving / he could have fallen in, where were his parents ?!? These people are type to blame the hotel if one of their kids gets injured because of their own negligence. Pool area should have surveillance camera in pool area / might be one / didn't see it. Breakfast choices were limited / not to my liking, no pastries & few muffins, they did stay open until 10 AM on weekend. Overall a great stay. I will return on my next visit to Madison"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this location did not reflect the standards associated with the Hilton brand. On the first night, I was assigned a room directly next to the elevator, resulting in continuous noise and significant difficulty sleeping. Although the room was changed the following morning, this issue should have been avoided for a multi‑night reservation. On the third day, the hotel Wi‑Fi stopped working entirely. Even after entering my last name and room number, the system repeatedly displayed “invalid guest credentials.” This made it impossible to access the internet when I needed it. Additionally, after a long day, I returned to find that my key card no longer worked, requiring another trip to the front desk to resolve the issue. These repeated operational problems created unnecessary stress and frustration. Most concerning was the consistently unwelcoming and dismissive attitude displayed by certain front desk staff members. As an international guest, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Instead, I felt unwelcome throughout my stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel representing an international brand and hosting guests from around the world. Iwould like to acknowledge the staff members who did uphold Hilton’s values. Liz and the shuttle driver provided exceptional service and professional. Their service was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay. However, the overall experience at the front desk overshadowed these positive interactions."

"There was a good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was easy and polite to work with. The pool needed a little attention (sand and starburst wrappers). The beds were a little hard. Those are nitpicky things though. This was a very good value stay."
