This hotel put me in a room that had another guest in it. It took three rooms for them to get me in one. the toliet didnt work and the ice machine didnt work on our floor. It was a nightmare

Tiffany-You and I talked last night as you had requested a call back from the GM. My staff reacted to every request and wanted to ensure you were happy. We gave you vouchers good for breakfast for two and the only issue there was you took to go boxes for a buffet and buffets do not allow for to go as it is "all you can eat" while eating in the restaurant. I'm not sure what is drove this response as I told you I would address all issues. You were upset that we entered your room after you asked my staff to bring up additional towels and we entered since you did not have a do not disturb sign. We reacted to every issue, and I called you immediately after I received your email. Our staff cares and responds to every issue and then you are more than welcome to escalate to me the GM if your issue is not resolved or if you just feel more comfortable talking to the GM.

I had a bad experience a few years back and tried them again. The rooms are redone and very nice! Staff was amazing! I will definitely stay here again

My stay was awesome my room was super clean and the master bedroom was very spacious and the balcony it was amazing and the pool omg so crystal clear and a pretty blue yes I will definitely be coming back
