Charming 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home on the river in Skyland. Hot tub.

The Space:
Fish from your back door!  This is a lovely riverfront home in the Alpine Court region of Skyland with a private hot tub overlooking the river. The home is just a few short minutes to the town of Crested Butte by car or a few minutes by bike or nordic ski. The recreation path to town is just about a mile away.

The home is decorated in a lovely warm fashion and has 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and is located on the main level of the home. Also on the main level is the well stocked kitchen that is in an open format so that the cook can enjoy a lively conversation with guests in the dining and living room areas.

The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen and a twin and the other with a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath and there is a loft type space with a separate twin daybed. Televisions can be found in the living room, master bedroom and the queen bedroom upstairs.

There is also a lovely deck off of the living/dining areas with a hot tub to enjoy the steady flow of the Slate River. To complete the main floor, there is a laundry room, mudroom and a powder bath.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

The home has a garage with storage for gear. One parking space is available for the guest in the garage.  Any additional cars MUST be parked in the driveway as there is no on street parking.  The driveway can accomodate 2 cars.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

This property is not pet friendly.

There are no trailers or RV's allowed at this property due to town laws and/or HOA covenants. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions including your lockbox code will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.

The Neighborhood:
This is a great little neighborhood with a mix of local and 2nd homeowners. Please note, you do not have access to Grant Lake or any amenities in the Skyland residential neighborhood such as playgrounds. Owner presence and a permit is required to enjoy these areas. And they are patrolled.

Getting Around:
Town of Crested Butte is about 2 miles, The Club at Crested Butte is about a mile.
