I knew that I asked for pet friendly because I wanted to walk out onto the grass. He said I would be back to switch out to 2nd floor and that was ok. The room was fine, no issues. Just irritated me that he would say something like that and put in your head that you are not staying in a clean room. Room was dated but just fine. Maybe upgrade the bed."
