We were extremely disappointed with our say. It was never communicated that the pool was only accessible by reservation. The earliest available reservation was approx. 24 hours after our check in. We understood the precautions the facility was taking due to the pandemic but during our entire stay, the pool was not being used but we were not allowed access even though the hotel was advertising that the amenity was open. The front desk gave us the run around and eventually caved after we pointed out that the pool was not being used even though they claimed that the time was already reserved. After speaking with other guests, we learned that they too were fed the same lines even though they witnessed first hand the pool was not being used during the times the hotel claimed were reserved. We wouldn’t have mind if they were upfront with certain amenities not being open during our stay but didn’t appreciate being lied to. Our group consisted of 3 families, so preplanning was essential for an enjoyable experience. We were all frustrated by all the “miscommunication” and will not be returning anytime in the near future. If the hotel were truthful and didn’t lie to their guests, we would have been able to plan our trip accordingly. Would not recommend to any one traveling with young children. Staff was not helpful or pleasant to work with.

Very nice hotel and staff. The rooms are clean and the breakfast in nice. Hotel is located near several restaurants and walking distance to the river.
